Classified by pipe diameter

1. Same diameter tee: a tee with the same diameter as the main and branch pipes

2. Reducing tee: a tee with a branch pipe diameter smaller than the main pipe diameter

Classification according to docking form

1. Butt welded tee: refers to the tee pipe fittings that are welded after docking with the connecting pipe fittings.

2. Socket type tee: refers to a tee fitting that is welded or fused after inserting the connecting pipe fittings into each end of the tee.

3. Ferrule type tee: refers to a tee fitting where each end is a ferrule joint, and the fitting is inserted and then tightened.

4. Threaded tee: A tee fitting that connects fittings in a threaded manner.

It can be divided into stainless steel tees, carbon steel tees, copper tees, PVC tees, ductile iron tees, etc.

Classified according to branch form

1. Normal tee: refers to the tee fitting of the vertical main pipe of the branch pipe.

2. Diagonal tee: refers to a tee fitting with a certain angle between the branch pipe and the main pipe.
